C&S Chemicals (“C&S”), a leading provider of specialty treatment solutions to industrial and municipal end markets, has partnered with Alberty & Blakeney (“A&B”), a provider of water treatment services and chemicals for both industrial and municipal customers. Based in Baton Rouge, LA, A&B provides chemical maintenance services for industrial boilers, cooling towers, wastewater, and municipal drinking water systems. The acquisition of A&B advances C&S’ strategy of building out the company’s industrial water treatment services segment. The current management team at A&B will continue leading the business going forward.
